About
My name is Hayden Dovenberg, in 2019 I left a career managing a small team of engineers and quality control technicians at PECO Astronics in order to be at home with my growing family. I started Doven Design out of my home office and shop in Oregon City doing mechanical engineering consulting and designing and developing my own product ideas. My passion in life is designing and building and I have been fortunate enough to build a career that takes advantage of that passion and allows me to help others realize their ideas.
Ideology
Doven Design was started out of a desire to design and develop creative ideas that could make an impact in our world. It is my belief that excessive structure and red tape can stifle creativity and ingenuity. I aim to help individuals and companies bring their ideas to market by filling in the gaps in their engineering knowledge and skill. By keeping my operation lean and overhead low I can maintain flexibility to provide exactly what the client needs.
Education
Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University.
